It does only cost $10 per ad (so rather than costing per click).
Ease of USe
It was incredibly easy to set up, create the ad and then schedule the 'solo ad' and there was no problem with sending or getting info back.
Effectiveness
After running a number of campaigns, sadly it just didn't live up to expectations. With one campaign getting a hug 0% optins.
