PRICING
Shopify pricing works on a per month basis, so you may pay more overall than if you went with other platforms. My only issues is that plugins cost extra (and most are monthly), so this raises the price dramatically.
Ease of USe
Shopify is really easy to use, and installing themes and apps is really easy. The back-end office is always nice to navigate around and even users who are not used to making ecommerce stores could do it with ease.
Functionality
You basically get everything you could want with an ecommerce store, and lots of plugins that can be added for anything that might be missing.
